22 Girls smoking weed ad being put to good use.
In their first-ever collaboration, Jesse Willesee and Daniel Havas have combined forces to create a portrait of 22 ‘beautiful, stylish babes’ – all who happen to enjoy smoking weed. This show is the first installment of Jesse’s ‘Tumblr Trilogy’, a series of exhibitions which explore ‘trending topics’ of the ‘Tumblr generation’ – one of which is the use and glamorization of marijuana.
The show will take over the expanse of the now-abandoned Dr Pong bar and transform it into a complete 22 Girls experience, with an exhibition featuring over 40 photographs, a large-scale video projection, as well as a live installation, music, and themed merchandise including tote bags, shirts and collector cards.
